Available Residential Houses / Flats

Unfortunately all of our residential property is let at present.

Our residential houses and flats are let on a 6 month or 12 month assured shorthold basis. They are all unfurnished but do have modern kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, curtains and blinds and gas central heating.

We will update this page as soon as a property is known to be coming available.

Typical Rents, etc.

Our houses and flats are available at a starting rent of £650 per calendar month rising to £750 per calendar month typically for a two bedroom property. For most residential properties we use the services of a residential managing agent who will hold the rent deposit and deal with all tenant matters so that both parties get independent advice and support.
