Q – Can I reserve any particular property you have available.

A – Yes. Provided we have agreed outline terms and any relevant references or deposit have been finalised

Q – Can you rent out residential or commercial property for a period greater than 12 months or 24 months.

A – Yes.  Some of our property is rented out on a longer term under a lease agreement. Typically these are for terms of between 5 years and 25 years. 

Q – For your office space, can you provide a fully serviced option that includes phone, broadband, cleaning, business rates, etc.

A – Yes. Most of our tenants find it cheaper to provide their own services and leave us to provide the basic services that only normally include the office space complete with electricity, heating, common parts WC and tea point facilities and cleaning.  Note; a service charge is made to cover the proportional cost of electricity and gas the office space is likely to use.
